Unidas Podemos Cambiar Europa, joint list of Podemos and Izquierda Unida have 6 MEPs, with 10% of the votes (a total of 2.2M), 5 less than what they achieved when running separately in 2014.

In the previous European elections, Podemos – then running for the first time- won 5 seats with 7.97% of the votes, a total of 1.2M votes. The current candidacy – headed by María Eugenia Rodríguez Palop, a lawyer specialized in human rights– includes Izquierda Unida, which in 2014 ran within the Plural Left candidacy together with several environmentalist parties and which, at the time, was the third most voted party with 6 seats, 9.99% of the votes (a total of 1,5M votes).
